    Pueblo De Panay Township

Pueblo de Panay Township is the largest township development in the Visayas Region of the Philippines. A 670-hectares flagship project of Pueblo de Panay, Incorporated (PDPI), it was master planned by Surbana Jurong, a Singaporean government-owned consultancy company focusing on infrastructure and urban development.

A mixed-use, master planned, and Filipino-inspired township located in the Seafood Capital of the Philippines, Roxas City, it has designated areas for different uses seamlessly integrated to one another. It is a place where people can live, work, relax, and have fun; a place that embodies PDPI’s advocacy – LIFE.WORK.BALANCE.

Live serenely, breathe clean air, get energized, and progress. This is the Pueblo de Panay Township life: Life.Work.Balance.

CEO & President of Pueblo de Panay

    Message from the CEO

Our family and our company’s humble beginnings is no secret to most Capiznons. We have, for the past 30 years now, devoted the prime of our lives, choosing to ground our roots in this beloved city and province of ours. The commitment was made in the early 1990s when the siblings in our generation decided to stay put in our country amidst the temptation to migrate abroad, go back to Roxas City and Capiz, and venture on entrepreneurship and development. We have labored, along with our employees, to build an organization whose size and breadth we could not have even imagined when we started, leading in countryside development and inclusive growth in Northern Panay Island.
