In 2023, the IT-BPM industry contributed a revenue of 35 Billion USD to the Philippine economy, and resulted in 1.7 Million direct jobs. It has been deemed the strongest driver of growth to larger cities like Metro Manila, Cebu, and even neighboring city, Iloilo. In our mission to be a meaningful catalyst for economic growth in Northern Panay Island, we hope to keep working with the industry, the local and national government, as well as our local community to bring more jobs to Roxas City and Capiz through Pueblo de Panay TechnoPark.

On October 6, 2024, Roxas City came alive as the 60th National Milo Marathon took place inside Pueblo de Panay Township. Thousands of runners from across the city participated in this iconic event, organized by the Rotary Club of Roxas City and Runrio Inc.
The marathon highlighted the spirit of endurance, sportsmanship, and unity, while also positioning Pueblo de Panay as a prime location for large-scale community gatherings. Congratulations to all the participants and partners for making this event a memorable success!

30 volunteers from FEROCITY participated in the Annual Tree-Planting Activity last Saturday, June 8, 2024 at St. Joseph Village, Cagay, Roxas City.
They planted 100 Balitbitan Trees in partnership with Pueblo de Panay as part of our joint commitment to environmental preservation and protection.
FEROCITY, or Federation Roxas City Fire and Rescue Volunteers, Inc., is composed of various local Roxas City residents serving to protect the community by assisting the fire department in emergencies.

We were honored to host Colliers Philippines as they presented a Philippine Property Market Overview in Roxas City.
It was an insightful event that provided the attendees valuable information about the current status and future outlook of the office, residential, and hospitality property markets in the Philippines, with a particular focus on the Western Visayas region.
Held last Thursday, May 16, 2024, at the Circulo Convention Center, it was attended by Pueblo de Panay officers, and representative from various real estate developers, brokers, and other practitioners in Capiz.
